In this workshop we will use the expressive arts – painting, drawing, movement, theartre and creative writing – to get in touch with our night time dreams, tapping into creative potential that dreams offer. Through art, we will learn methods to remember dreams, to inspire certain kinds of desirable dream imagery, and to collect our own dictionary symbols, to then turn dreams into art. Art supplies included. Bring a dream journal. No class Feb 10

In this Dream Lab, the participants will re-enact their dreams facilitated by the experienced dreamer Venus Soberanes. She will lead the dreamers to a greater understanding of the dream content, as well as resolving the issues presented by the chosen dreams.
